The Department of Community Services offers seasonal assistance programs for low-income families and students in Farmington and Unionville. These programs rely solely on the generosity of our community partners. If you would like to participate in this year’s holiday programs, please complete and submit this form that will be forwarded to the Town of Farmington's Department of Community Services.  Thank you for your compassion and willingness to help our neighbors in need!

Meal Baskets 

Meal baskets are available to individuals and families.  Upon receipt of your registration, you will receive a list of suggested items for the basket(s).

Children's Holiday Gift Program 

Low-income families with children under 18 are eligible for our Adopt-a-Family Holiday Gift Program.  If you choose to sponsor a family, you will be provided with a Holiday Gift Wish List for each child.  Approximately 3 gifts per child is the recommended donation.

 

Please check off if you'd like to provide gifts for the Children's Holiday Gift Program.  If participating, please also indicate how many children you'd like to sponsor.
