Justices of the Peace
Applications for Office of Justice of the Peace for qualified Unaffiliated and Minor Party electors are being accepted beginning August 1, 2024 and commencing November 1, 2024. The term of office will be January 6, 2025 to January 2, 2029. No one who is, or has been, on the Democratic or Republican enrollment list in Farmington on or after May 1, 2024 and before the appointment in November may apply for one of these appointive slots.
For any remaining slots available, a lottery will be held on or before November 21, 2024 to appoint interested applicants (ss 9-184c).
