The Unionville Architectural Design Review Committee members are appointed by the Town Plan and Zoning Commission.  The Committee provides design support to the Commission consistent with the design and landscape standards found in Article II, Section 21.A.F. of the Farmington Zoning Regulations.  These standards support the principles expressed in the Village District Plan for the architectural heritage of the area and the distinctive characteristics of the Districts regarding development in the Unionville Center/Village District and Farmington Center/Village District zones.
